Do you ever have one of those times when it seems like the world is getting darker and darker and you can scarcely breathe? Do you ever feel like the universe is against you and you start to believe that there is no way out except death? I am so scared right now. So scared and feeling desperate.

Daily Rambles

Great blog, very honest, powerful sharing . . hang in there, dear, I know what it’s like, i.e. been there, done that . . been in the psych ward five times in the past three years with suicidal thoughts . . doin’ better now . . it’s not perfect, but better . . don’t give up, there’s light at the end of the tunnel, believe me . . Sam . .
Thank you much, that is encouraging and means so much.
My pleasure

Reblogged this on Interconnected.
I’ve been there many times. My first suicide attempt was at 15 (I’m almost 50 now) and there have been many years of that darkness. I’m finally finding a good place. Not perfect but not so dark. As Sam said, hang in there. There are others out here who understand and we may seem like nothing more than words typed from the ether but behind them are real people.
I have been a reader of yours for a long time, infrequently comment, but I often feel as though I’m reading a page from my own journal when reading your blog. I keep you in my thoughts even if I don’t comment.
Thank you so much… your encouragement is very welcomed and appreciated. I am so sorry to hear you have had such a rough time.
I have definitely been there. Seems like I live there sometimes. Hang in there. Hugs.
Thank you so much. It is so helpful to know you are not alone…

Thinking of you. Good and healing thoughts to you.

You are not alone, we can understand each other, knowing so well about the cold darkness. Keep on going, we are warriors!!!!
